  2. 2

    Write to the Grievance Officer

If your complaint is unresolved or you are not satisfied with the outcome, write to the Grievance Officer with your registered mobile number, the date of the incident and any screenshots.

What to include in your complaint

  • The mobile number registered with your Tallo account
  • A clear description of the issue and the date it happened
  • Transaction ID and amount, for any payment or billing complaint
  • Screenshots or other supporting material, where available
